I was offered a room with good views of the mountains. All the staff was very very nice. - the location was marvelous for me, close enough to the main commercial/pedestrian area and Barrio Antiguo which is filled with great restaurants.

The hotel overlooked the mountains, which was a beautiful view. the room was well-equipped and I thoroughly enjoyed it. the bed was comfortable. the staff was always friendly and excellent. the facilities were clean, and the location of the hotel was exceptionally nice. It was right by the main commercial and pedestrian area of Monterrey center, surrounded by many restaurants, a pedestrian street, and all the museums.
